Delete your account
We’re sorry to see you go. This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Sonarus account and all data associated with it. No Sonarus login is required to submit this request.
What will be deleted
- Your profile (name, email, bio, country, avatar image, favorite genres, social links)
- Your playlists, liked songs, and listening activity
- Tips sent or received (your identity is scrubbed; the transaction record is retained per tax-reporting requirements)
- All sessions, referral codes, and uploaded media
- Your subscription (active subscriptions are canceled — refunds are handled per Google Play / Stripe policy)
- Email-notification history
Financial and tax-related records are retained for 7 years as required by law, but are not linked to any personally identifiable information after deletion.
