We also collect usage data including listening history, playlist activity, tip transactions, and subscription status to improve our service and personalize your experience.

We use your information to provide and improve Sonarus services, process subscriptions and payments, facilitate tips between fans and athletes, track athlete referral codes and commissions, personalize your music experience, and communicate with you about your account and our services.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: payment processors to handle subscriptions and tips, athletes who receive tips or referral commissions (limited to transaction data), and service providers who help us operate the platform. Public profile information (name, bio, sport) for athletes and artists is visible to all users.

4. Audio & Playback Data

We collect playback data to track play counts, improve recommendations, and ensure royalty reporting. Hi-Def audio processing occurs locally in your browser using the Web Audio API and does not transmit audio data to our servers.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and JWT-based authentication. We regularly review and update our security practices.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your profile settings.
