1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sonarus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. Sonarus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sonarus.
Athletes and artists must submit applications for verification. Providing false or misleading information in an application may result in permanent account suspension.
3. Subscription & Payments
Sonarus Premium costs $12.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges. You may cancel at any time from your Profile → Subscription section; access continues until the end of your billing period and no further charges are made.
Free accounts include ad-supported playback with limited access. Premium features include Hi-Def audio, athlete live streams, athlete playlists, and ad-free listening. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per the policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play) or our payment processor.
4. Athlete Referral Program
Verified athletes receive a unique subscription code. When a fan subscribes using an athlete's code, the athlete earns $3.00 commission per verified subscription. Commissions are tracked and reported on the athlete dashboard. Sonarus reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.
5. Fan Tipping
Fans may send tips to athletes through the platform. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. Sonarus facilitates the transfer but does not take a percentage of tips. Users agree not to use tipping for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
6. Content Guidelines
Athletes and artists are responsible for the content they share, including playlists, videos, and live streams. Content must not violate copyright laws, contain hate speech, promote violence, or include explicit content without appropriate labeling. Sonarus reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
7. Athlete Playlists
Athlete playlists are limited to 10 songs each. Athletes may create multiple playlists. Playlists must only contain songs available in the Sonarus catalog. Athletes grant Sonarus the right to display their playlists to subscribers.
